To customers wishing to ship outside Japan: Notice regarding the resumption of shipments to certain regions and the introduction of special surcharges.

Since the global spread of the new coronavirus infection, some international postal services had temporarily suspended accepting international mail, but as of June 1, some countries have resumed accepting mail, so we have updated our settings to allow orders from those countries.

We look forward to serving you.

In addition, please be advised that shipping fees will be increased for the time being following the introduction of revised EMS and international parcel rates and special surcharges as of June 1.
Furthermore, the International e-Packet service, which offers less compensation than EMS, has become more expensive due to this rate revision, rendering it no longer advantageous. Therefore, we have decided to offer only EMS as an option for overseas shipments for the time being. We appreciate your understanding.

Depending on the destination region, customs duties may apply. Please be aware that in such cases, the customer is responsible for the customs duties.
