【About the wood carving work】
We generally do not accept commissions for resale, or requests specifying patterns, colors, creature types, or other custom orders.
The material used is mainly Japanese cypress. The shapes are carved using small knives, carving chisels, and rasps, then colored with acrylic paint.
Since the material is wood, cracking may occur due to repeated moisture absorption and drying. Also, placing it in high-temperature areas may cause oils within the wood to melt and seep to the surface. We recommend storing it in a place with minimal fluctuations in humidity and temperature. In particular, avoid areas in direct sunlight or near air conditioner vents, as these will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
For domestic shipping, please choose from three methods: non-standard mail (Teikeigai), Letter Pack Plus, or Yu-Pack.
Non-standard mail can be selected if the number of wood carvings purchased is two or fewer. For items small enough to fit in a mailbox, delivery is completed once deposited into the mailbox.
Letter Pack Plus can be selected if you have purchased only one wood carving. This method includes in-person delivery (requires a signature or seal) and a tracking service.
Yu-Pack shipping costs vary based on the number of wood carvings purchased. In-person delivery and tracking services are available.
In general, We do not accept commissions for resale, or commissions that include color, pattern, or motif specifications.
We cannot promise that we will respond to your suggestions, even if you suggest an animal that you would like us to make. Also, we will not reply to your proposal. In addition, due to copyright laws, we will not accept proposals based on existing characters, photos, articles, posts, etc. Please do not send us proposals based on existing characters, photos, articles, posts, etc.
I use mainly Japanese cypress as the material. I use a small knife, a carving knife, and a rasp to carve the shapes, and then I use acrylic paint to paint them.
Since the material is wood, repeated moisture absorption and drying may cause cracking.
Also, if the product is placed in a place with high temperature, the fat inside the wood may melt and seep through to the surface.
We recommend storing the product in a place with as little change in humidity and temperature as possible.
In particular, avoid storing in direct sunlight or near air conditioner vents, as this will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
For shipping method, please choose between EMS and international e-packet.
However, please understand that due to the size restrictions of the packaging, you may not be able to select the international e-packet method depending on the number of items ordered.
【About Forged Metal Works】
Forging is a technique in which a thin metal plate is placed against a curved iron block and struck with a hammer, blow by blow, at an angle to gradually deform it into the desired vessel shape.
In principle, we ship via Yu-Pack. In-person delivery and tracking services are available.

【About accessories】
Accessories are primarily made with natural stones, so they may contain minor scratches or inclusions not found in artificial products.
Additionally, as each piece is processed by hand, you may find minor scratches or distortions not seen in mass-produced mechanical items despite our careful efforts.
Minerals are appraised by visual inspection. As we do not perform chemical analysis, please forgive any identification errors.
