Pomegranate

This is a wood-carved snake (Green Python).
It is made of Japanese cypress and painted with acrylics.
It measures approximately 9cm in height, 7cm in width, and 7cm in depth.

Please stay by my side.

When pomegranates bear fruit, winter arrives.
In a story from somewhere, it is said that winter comes because of the grief of a fertility goddess who cannot meet her daughter.
In Japan, pomegranates bloom during the rainy season, and heavy rain can sometimes prevent them from bearing fruit. Green pythons, I hear, live in tropical rainforests. Tropical rainforests have rain throughout the year. If pomegranates never bore fruit, would I be able to be with my beloved forever? That would surely never be the case, just as hiding a spinning wheel in another story could not make it so.

Perhaps when something is always there, we take it for granted and fail to realize how much happiness it brings.
But once you lose it, no matter how many words you use, it will never return.

May I express my gratitude that you are with me, and may I love you without regret.

Points to note when purchasing

Basically, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
You may notice minor scratches, distortions, and other unique characteristics of handmade work.
Colors and atmosphere may appear different depending on your device and light source.
As the material is wood, repeated moisture absorption and drying may cause cracking. Also, if placed in a high-temperature area, the natural oils within the wood may melt and seep to the surface. We recommend storing the product in a location with minimal fluctuations in humidity and temperature. Specifically, please avoid storage in direct sunlight or near air conditioning vents, as these will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
As there are some requests we cannot accommodate after a purchase, please ask any questions you may have before buying.
Shipping is handled on weekends and holidays; depending on the timing of your order, it may take some time before we can dispatch your item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
