As this product is made of wood, repeated cycles of moisture absorption and drying may cause cracking. Additionally, exposure to high temperatures may cause natural oils within the wood to melt and seep onto the surface. We recommend storing the item in a location with stable humidity and temperature. In particular, please avoid storage in direct sunlight or near air conditioning vents, as these accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
Some requests cannot be accommodated after purchase, so please ask any questions you may have before placing your order.
As shipping is handled on weekends and holidays, please note that it may take some time for your order to be dispatched depending on when it is placed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
