EMS(Shipping fees vary depending on your country of residence.)
Compensation and tracking available.
You will receive a tracking number when we send you a confirmation email.
Please note that customs duties and other charges may be incurred in the destination country. In such cases, the recipient will be responsible for any customs duties incurred.
If any part of the contents is stolen or lost and delivered to the recipient, or if damaged mail is delivered to the recipient, please contact us.
In such cases, the recipient must keep the mail in its original condition and report the missing or damaged contents to the local post office. If it is determined that compensation for the damage is appropriate based on the results of the investigation, compensation procedures will be carried out.
Claims for investigation or tracing of postal items must be made within 6 months from the day after the date of application for this service in Japan. For EMS claims, you will need to take several photos as evidence and submit them along with the documents to the local post office.
EMS shipping costs include a ¥150 guarantee fee. For more details, please check this Japan Post page.
International ePacket
Unlike EMS, compensation is limited to a maximum of 6,000 yen, and you cannot choose to purchase additional insurance, so please be aware that using e-packet for purchases over 6,000 yen is risky.
Please note that customs duties and other charges may be incurred in the destination country. In such cases, the recipient will be responsible for any customs duties incurred.
In the unlikely event that any part of the contents is stolen or lost and delivered to the recipient, or in the event that damaged mail is delivered to the recipient, please contact us.
In this case, the recipient should keep the mail in its original condition and report the loss or damage of the contents to the nearest post office. If, as a result of the investigation, it is determined that compensation for damage is appropriate, compensation procedures will be followed.
