Starting in the summer of 2025, due to the suspension of duty-free treatment for consumer goods imported into the U.S. via international mail, Japanese shipping companies had stopped accepting mail destined for the U.S. As a result, my website is currently configured so that purchases cannot be made from the U.S.
Recently, Japanese shipping companies have resumed accepting mail destined for the U.S.
However, the difference now is that for shipments to the U.S., customs duties must be paid before the package arrives in the U.S.

Until now, my website has handled customs duties by having the buyer pay them upon receipt, so the listed prices did not include customs duties. 2025年の夏から、国際郵便物で米国が輸入する消費用物品の免税措置が停止されたことで、日本の輸送会社ではアメリカ宛ての郵便物の引き受けが停止されていたことが理由で、現在当サイトではアメリカからの購入はできないように設定しています。
最近、日本の輸送会社がアメリカ宛ての郵便物の引き受けを再開しました。
ただし、これまでと違うのは、アメリカ宛ての郵便物に関しては郵便がアメリカに届く前に、関税を支払わなくてはならなくなりました。
これまで私のサイトでは、関税に関しては購入者が受け取りの際に支払う形にしていたため、表示価格に関税は含めていなかったのですが、もしアメリカから購入を希望される方がみえるようでしたら、関税を含めた金額での販売を検討してみようと思っていますので、一度ご相談ください。
