木彫りのビーバーです。
素材はヒノキ（一部竹）、着彩はアクリル絵の具です。
サイズは約高さ9.5㎝、横幅6.5㎝、奥行き9.5㎝です。

ビーバーは働き者を表すのだそうです。
また、自分の生活のために周囲の環境を作り変える人間以外の唯一の動物なのだそうです。
水を堰き止めて水溜まりをつくると聞くと、ダムの他に田んぼがすぐに連想されるのだけど、そろそろ田にも水が溜まる頃ですね。

This is a wooden carved beaver.
The material is cypress (partly bamboo) and the coloring is acrylic paint.
The size is approximately 9.5 cm (height), 6.5 cm (width), and 9.5 cm (depth).

It appears that the beaver represents a hard worker.
It appears that they are also the only animal other than humans that remake the environment around them for their own lives.
When I hear about damming up water to create puddles, I immediately think of rice fields as well as dams, but it is about time for the rice fields to fill up with water.

In Japan, the character for "耕" means to till the fields, but it also means to work diligently.
In Japan, the hoe represents work and diligence. The Japanese saying, "使う鍬は光る（Hoe to use shines）" is a Japanese proverb meaning that a shiny tool represents diligence and that diligence improves one's character, as the tool rusts if not used.

素材が木なので、吸湿と乾燥を繰り返すことで割れが発生する可能性があります。また、温度の高い場所に置くと木の内部の脂が溶けて表面に滲み出す場合がございます。なるべく湿度や温度の変化の少ない場所で保管することをお勧めします。特に直射日光が当たる場所やエアコンの吹き出し口付近での保管は木の劣化を早めるので避けて下さい。

In particular, please avoid storing the product in direct sunlight or near air conditioner vents, as this will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
