登録アドレスについて　About registration address
当ショップからのメールが携帯キャリアメール(au,docomo,softbank)へ届かないと言う事例が発生しております。原因は、迷惑メール対策のためのセキュリティのため、完全な解決方法がありません。
そのため、ご注文時、およびニュースレターの登録アドレスには、PCメールアドレスを推奨しております。
特に注文時に登録するメールアドレスには、注文確認メールだけでなく、発送先住所について不備があった場合の確認など重要な連絡をする場合がございますので、必ず普段（少なくとも商品到着までの間）連絡の取れるアドレスをご登録ください。
注文確認メールやニュースレターが配信されずお困りの場合は、まずは迷惑メールボックスをご確認ください。確認しても届いていない場合は、お問い合わせページよりご連絡下さい。個別に送信させていただきます。

国外への発送について　About shipping outside Japan
国外への発送はEMSか国際eパケットのどちらかを選択していただけます。国際eパケットの補償は最大6000円までの補償となり、追加の保険加入も選択できないため、6000円を超える商品購入時の国際eパケットのご利用はリスクがあることを予めご了承ください。

転売目的での購入はおやめ下さい。
お客様都合での返品交換は基本的に受け付けていません。
細かい傷や歪みなど、機械量産品とは違い手加工ならではの味わいを感じることもあるかもしれません。
デバイスや光源によっては色や雰囲気が異なって見えることもございます。
購入後では応えられないご要望もございますので、ご不明点がございましたら、購入前にご質問をお願いいたします。
発送後の紛失・破損については当方では補償しかねます。輸送中の紛失・破損については配送業者にお問い合わせください。

他のサイトでも出品しているため、ごく稀にですが欠品により受注をキャンセルさせて頂くことがあります。
商品の発送を土日祝日に行っているため、ご注文のタイミングによっては発送までお時間をいただくことがあります。

【木彫りの作品について About the wood carving work】
再販・柄指定・色指定・生き物の種類その他オーダーは基本的に受け付けていません。

作って欲しい動物がある等の希望について提案いただいた場合も、提案に応えることを約束はできません。また、提案に対する返信はいたしません。なお既存のキャラクター・写真・記事・投稿等を基にした提案は著作権法の関係で絶対にお受けしませんので、送らないようにしてください。


材の種類は主にヒノキを使用しています。小刀と彫刻刀、鑢等を使用して形を彫り、アクリル絵の具で着彩しています。
素材が木なので、吸湿と乾燥を繰り返すことで割れが発生する可能性があります。また、温度の高い場所に置くと木の内部の脂が溶けて表面に滲み出す場合がございます。なるべく湿度や温度の変化の少ない場所で保管することをお勧めします。特に直射日光が当たる場所やエアコンの吹き出し口付近での保管は木の劣化を早めるので避けましょう。
配送方法は国内では定形外郵便・レターパックプラス・ゆうパックの3種類から選択ください。
定形外郵便は購入した木彫りの数が２つ以内の場合選択いただけます。郵便受けに入るサイズの商品は郵便受けへの投函で配送が完了します。
レターパックプラスは購入した木彫りの数が１つのみの場合選択いただけます。対面での受け渡し(要受領印)と追跡サービスが利用できます。
ゆうパックは購入した木彫りの数によって送料が変わります。対面での受け渡しと追跡サービスが利用できます。

I use mainly Japanese cypress as the material. I use a small knife, a carving knife, and a rasp to carve the shapes, and then I use acrylic paint to paint them.
Since the material is wood, repeated moisture absorption and drying may cause cracking.
Also, if the product is placed in a place with high temperature, the fat inside the wood may melt and seep through to the surface.
We recommend storing the product in a place with as little change in humidity and temperature as possible.
In particular, avoid storing in direct sunlight or near air conditioner vents, as this will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
For shipping method, please choose between EMS and international e-packet.
However, please understand that due to the size restrictions of the packaging, you may not be able to select the international e-packet method depending on the number of items ordered.

 

【鍛金の作品について About Forged Metal Works】
鍛金とは、薄い金属の板をカーブのついた鉄の塊に当て、角度を付けながら一打一打金づちで打つことで少しずつ器型に変形させて目的の形を作る技法です。
基本的にはゆうパックで配送します。対面での受け渡しと追跡サービスがご利用いただけます。

Forging is a technique in which a thin sheet of metal is applied to a curved block of iron and struck with a hammer, stroke by stroke, at an angle, to gradually deform it into a vessel shape to create the desired form.


【アクセサリー類について　About accessories】
アクセサリー類には主に天然石を使用しているため、人工品にはない細かい傷やインクルージョン等が含まれることがあります。
また、一つ一つ手作業で加工するため、気をつけてはいますが、機械量産品には無い細かい傷や歪み等見られることがあります。
鉱物は目視による鑑定を行っています。成分分析は行っていませんので、同定間違いはご容赦ください。
配送方法は定形外郵便・レターパックプラス・ゆうパックの3種類の中からご選択ください。
定形外郵便を選択いただいた場合、郵便受けに入るサイズの商品は郵便受けへの投函で配送が完了します。
