Sparklers

木彫りのフクロモモンガです。
素材はヒノキ(一部竹)、着彩はアクリル絵の具です。
サイズは約高さ9(7.3)cm、横幅7㎝、奥行き11(9.5)㎝(カッコ内の数字はパーツを外した本体のみのサイズ)です。

木彫りを作り始めた頃、家族の猫たちが浴衣で夏祭りを楽しんでいる様子を作品にしたことがあります。
当時はまだ「みそ」と「しお」を制作していなかったので、彼らを作ったらどのような作品になるだろうと思い、挑戦してみることにしました。

This is a wood carving of a sugar glider.
The material is cypress (partly bamboo), and the coloring is acrylic paint.
The size is about 9(7.3) cm high, 7 cm wide, and 11(9.5) cm deep (the numbers in parentheses are the size of the body only without parts).

When I first started making wood carvings, I created a piece depicting my family's cats enjoying a summer festival in yukata.
Back then, I had not yet made Miso and Shio, so I wondered what kind of piece I could create if I made them, and decided to give it a try.

輸送中の破損を防ぐため、パーツを組まずに発送します（画像二枚目をご確認ください。この状態で発送します）。到着後にパーツを組んで、木工用ボンドで接着してください。
お客様都合での返品交換は基本的に受け付けていません。
細かい傷や歪みなど、ハンドメイドならではの味わいを感じることもあるかもしれません。
デバイスや光源によっては色や雰囲気が異なって見えることもございます。
素材が木なので、吸湿と乾燥を繰り返すことで割れが発生する可能性があります。また、温度の高い場所に置くと木の内部の脂が溶けて表面に滲み出す場合がございます。なるべく湿度や温度の変化の少ない場所で保管することをお勧めします。特に直射日光が当たる場所やエアコンの吹き出し口付近での保管は木の劣化を早めるので避けて下さい。

In order to prevent damage during transit, the parts are shipped unassembled (please see the second image; this is how it will be shipped). Please assemble the parts upon arrival and secure them with wood glue.
In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Please note that you may notice minor scratches or distortions, which are characteristic of handmade items.
The colors and appearance may look different depending on your device or light source.
As the material is wood, repeated moisture absorption and drying may cause cracks. Additionally, if placed in a high-temperature area, the resin inside the wood may melt and seep onto the surface. We recommend storing the piece in a location with minimal fluctuations in humidity and temperature. In particular, please avoid storage in direct sunlight or near air conditioning vents, as these will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
