This is a wood-carved spotted hyena.
It is made of Japanese cypress and painted with acrylics.
The dimensions are approximately 11.5 cm in height, 5.8 cm in width, and 8.7 cm in depth.

I believe the name "hyena" is often used with negative connotations, but in reality, hyenas are highly social and intelligent animals.
They are a reminder of how an animal's true nature can be overshadowed by human imagination and reputation, leading to a fixed, inaccurate perception.

Spotted hyena (Crocuta crocuta) carved from wood.
The material is cypress and the coloring is acrylic paint.
The size is approximately 11.5 cm (height), 5.8 cm (width), and 8.7 cm (depth).

I think the name hyena is often used in a bad way, but the actual hyena is a highly social and intelligent animal.
I think this animal makes us realize that only people's imagination and reputation can fix an image different from the actual situation.

ご購入時の注意点　Points to note when purchasing

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
You may find minor scratches or slight distortions, which are part of the unique charm of handmade items.
Please note that colors and textures may appear different depending on your device or lighting conditions.
As this is a natural wood product, cracks may occur due to cycles of moisture absorption and drying. We recommend storing it in a location with minimal humidity fluctuations. Specifically, please avoid areas exposed to direct sunlight or near air conditioning vents, as these accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
Some requests cannot be accommodated after purchase, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask before placing your order.
Since shipping is processed on weekends and holidays, please understand that it may take some time for your order to be dispatched depending on when it is placed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
