ご購入時の注意点　Points to note when purchasing

Basically, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
You may find minor scratches or distortions, which are part of the unique charm of handmade items.
Please note that colors and textures may appear different depending on your device or lighting.
As this product is made of wood, repeated absorption and release of moisture may cause cracking. Additionally, placing the item in high-temperature areas may cause natural oils within the wood to melt and seep to the surface. We recommend storing it in a location with minimal fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Please avoid areas with direct sunlight or near air conditioning vents, as these will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
Some requests cannot be accommodated after purchase, so if you have any questions, please ask before buying.
