ご購入時の注意点　Points to note when purchasing

To prevent damage during shipping, the parts will be sent unassembled (please refer to the second image for the condition in which it will be shipped). After arrival, please assemble the parts and secure them with wood glue.
In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
You may find minor scratches or distortions, which are part of the unique charm of handmade items.
Colors and atmosphere may appear different depending on your device or lighting.
As the material is wood, it may crack due to repeated cycles of moisture absorption and drying. Additionally, if placed in a high-temperature area, resin from within the wood may melt and seep to the surface. We recommend storing it in a location with minimal changes in temperature and humidity. Please avoid areas with direct sunlight or near air conditioning vents, as these will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
Some requests cannot be accommodated after purchase, so please ask any questions you may have before buying.
Since shipping is handled on weekends and holidays, it may take some time depending on when you place your order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
