As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
You may notice minor scratches or slight distortions, which are characteristics of handmade items.
Please note that colors and textures may appear different depending on your device or lighting conditions.
Because the material is wood, cracking may occur due to repeated cycles of moisture absorption and drying. We recommend storing the item in a location with minimal humidity fluctuations. Please avoid direct sunlight or areas near air conditioner vents, as these will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
If you have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase, as we may be unable to accommodate certain requests after the fact.
Please note that as we process shipments on weekends and holidays, it may take some time for your order to be dispatched depending on the timing of your purchase. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
