This is a wood-carved bird (Common Kestrel).
The material is Japanese cypress, colored with acrylic paint.
The dimensions are approximately 10 cm in height, 5.5 cm in width, and 11.5 (9) cm in depth (the number in parentheses is the size of the body only, with parts detached).

Birds of prey are targets to be driven away for many other birds.
It makes no difference whether they have actually done anything to the other birds, whether they are closely related to parakeets, or even if they are small birds lacking the strength to cause harm.
Simply being a bird of prey is reason enough for them to be mobbed and attacked.
A hawk that cannot become a dove has no business hiding its talons.
Because a weak bird of prey is nothing more than a prime target.
If you lack the claws to fight, you must flee.
We ready our claws in order to survive.

It doesn't matter if the bird hasn't done anything to them, if they are actually related to parakeets, or if they are small birds that don't have the strength to hurt you.
The fact that it is a bird of prey is a reason for it to be killed.
There is a Japanese saying, "A hawk with ability hides its talons," but I don't think this is the time to hide your talons.Because they cannot be pigeons.
A weak bird of prey is a prime target.
If you don't have claws to fight, you have to get out of there.
We put up our claws in order to survive.
