The balloon string is attached only to the balloon, not to the rabbit’s hand. Please position the hanging string as you prefer. Also, because the balloon and string are attached with adhesive, they may come off if pulled forcefully; please handle with care.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
You may notice minor scratches or distortions, which are characteristic of handmade items.
Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and lighting.
As this product is made of wood, repeated absorption and release of moisture may cause cracks. Additionally, if kept in a high-temperature environment, natural oils inside the wood may melt and seep onto the surface. We recommend storing the item in a location with stable humidity and temperature. Please avoid direct sunlight or areas near air conditioning vents, as these will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.

The string of the balloon is glued only to the balloon side, not to the side of the rabbit's hand. You can arrange how you want to hang the string as you like.　Also, since the balloons and strings are only glued together, they will come off if pulled too hard, so please handle with care.
