ご購入時の注意点　Points to note when purchasing

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
You may notice minor scratches or warping, which are part of the unique charm of handmade items.
We have added noise (Glaze) to the product images to prevent machine learning. We apologize for any difficulty in viewing them. Colors and atmosphere may vary depending on your device or light source.
Because the material is wood, repeated cycles of moisture absorption and drying may cause cracks. Additionally, if kept in a high-temperature environment, the natural oils within the wood may melt and seep to the surface. We recommend storing the item in a location with minimal fluctuations in humidity and temperature. In particular, please avoid storage in direct sunlight or near air conditioning vents, as these can accelerate the degradation of the wood.
As some requests cannot be fulfilled after purchase, please feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order.
Please note that as we process shipments on weekends and holidays, it may take some time for your order to be dispatched depending on the timing of your purchase. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
