In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
Please understand that you may notice minor scratches or warping, which are part of the unique charm of handmade items.

As the material is wood, cracking may occur due to repeated cycles of moisture absorption and drying. We recommend storing the item in a location with minimal humidity fluctuations. In particular, avoid areas in direct sunlight or near air conditioner vents, as these will accelerate the degradation of the wood.
