春雨　spring rain

木彫りの犬（コーギー）です。
素材はヒノキ（一部竹）着彩はアクリル絵の具です。
サイズは約高さ12.7(11.7)㎝、横幅4.7㎝、奥行き8.5(8)㎝(カッコ内の数字はパーツを外した本体のみのサイズ)です。

春は雨と花の盛衰で季節が進んでいくように見える。妖精たちが花で雨を降らせて季節を進めているのかもしれない。

短い春の間だけ姿を現す植物や虫を、Spring ephemeral（春の妖精）と呼ぶことがある。
コツバメという蝶もその一つなのだけれど、毛むくじゃらの体に大きな目、小さな三角の羽を揃えて姿勢を正した姿は愛らしい妖精そのものようです。
彼らは止まっている時は滅多に翅を開かないので、一見茶色くて目だない蝶なのですが、彼らが飛び立ち林の暗がりに消えていく時は、翅の内側の薄水色が瞬いて、まるで妖精がうっすら光りを放ちながら飛んでいくように見えます。
アズマイチゲも春の妖精で、摘むと雨が降るから「雨降花」との別名があるのだそうだ。

This is a wood carving of a dog (corgi).
The material is cypress (partly bamboo) and the coloring is acrylic paint.
The size is approximately 12.7(11.7) cm high, 4.7(4.7) cm wide, and 8.5(8) cm deep (the numbers in parentheses are the size of the body only without the parts).

In spring, the season seems to advance with the rise and fall of rain and flowers. Fairies may be advancing the season by raining with flowers.

Plants and insects that appear only during the short spring season are sometimes called spring ephemerals.
The butterfly Callophrys ferrea is one of them, and its posture, with its hairy body, large eyes, and small triangular wings, makes it look like a lovely fairy itself.
When they are stationary, they rarely open their wings, so at first glance they appear brown and inconspicuous, but when they fly away and disappear into the darkness of the forest, the light blue inside their wings twinkles, making them look like fairies flying away with a faint glow.
Anemone raddeana is another spring fairy, also known as the "rainfall flower" because it rains when picked.

輸送中の破損を防ぐため、パーツを組まずに発送します（画像二枚目をご確認ください。この状態で発送します）。到着後にパーツを組んで、木工用ボンドで接着してください。
お客様都合での返品交換は基本的に受け付けていません。
細かい傷や歪みなど、ハンドメイドならではの味わいを感じることもあるかもしれません。
デバイスや光源によっては色や雰囲気が異なって見えることもございます。
素材が木なので、吸湿と乾燥を繰り返すことで割れが発生する可能性があります。また、温度の高い場所に置くと木の内部の脂が溶けて表面に滲み出す場合がございます。なるべく湿度や温度の変化の少ない場所で保管することをお勧めします。特に直射日光が当たる場所やエアコンの吹き出し口付近での保管は木の劣化を早めるので避けて下さい。

In order to prevent damage during transportation, we ship the parts without assembling them (please check the second image. It will be shipped in this condition. ). Please assemble the parts upon arrival and glue them together with wood glue.
Basically, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
You may notice minor scratches, distortions, and other unique handmade flavors.
The color and atmosphere may look different depending on your device and light source.
Since the material is wood, repeated moisture absorption and drying may cause cracking. Also, if the product is placed in a place with high temperature, the fat inside the wood may melt and seep through to the surface. We recommend storing the product in a place with as little change in humidity and temperature as possible. In particular, please avoid storing the product in direct sunlight or near air conditioner vents, as this will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
