風船の紐は風船側にのみ接着されていて、うさぎの手の側とは接着されていません。紐の垂れさがり方はお好みで配置してください。　また、風船と紐は接着剤で接着されているため、強く引っ張ると取れてしまいますので、取り扱いには注意してください。

お客様都合での返品交換は基本的に受け付けていません。
細かい傷や歪みなど、ハンドメイドならではの味わいを感じることもあるかもしれません。
デバイスや光源によっては色や雰囲気が異なって見えることもございます。
素材が木なので、吸湿と乾燥を繰り返すことで割れが発生する可能性があります。また、温度の高い場所に置くと木の内部の脂が溶けて表面に滲み出す場合がございます。なるべく湿度や温度の変化の少ない場所で保管することをお勧めします。特に直射日光が当たる場所やエアコンの吹き出し口付近での保管は木の劣化を早めるので避けて下さい。

The string of the balloon is glued only to the balloon side, not to the side of the rabbit's hand. You can arrange how you want to hang the string as you like.　Also, since the balloons and strings are only glued together, they will come off if pulled too hard, so please handle with care.

Basically, we do not accept returns or exchanges at the customer's convenience.
You may notice minor scratches, distortions, and other unique handmade flavors.
The color and atmosphere may look different depending on your device and light source.
Since the material is wood, repeated moisture absorption and drying may cause cracking. Also, if the product is placed in a place with high temperature, the fat inside the wood may melt and seep through to the surface. We recommend storing the product in a place with as little change in humidity and temperature as possible. In particular, please avoid storing the product in direct sunlight or near air conditioner vents, as this will accelerate the deterioration of the wood.
